Zen Grid Framework V4 (zgf4) themes use a flexible approach to adding an offcanvas module to your website. 

The offcanvas panel can be used to display any module content. It can also be used to display the responsive menu content for screen sizes smaller than the nav collapse value specified in your template settings. A simple piece of javascript transformed your standard Joomla menu module into an accordion menu that allows the user to navigate through multi-level vertical menus in your site's sidebar. Zen Framework v4 (ZGF4) themes also have built in support for creating a one page site.

One page sites (as the name suggests) use a menu at the top of the page to smooth scroll to various anchor points on the page. 

The page is divided into rows of grids that can be viewed on the layout tab in the template settings - eg grid1 refers to grid1 to grid4, grid2 refers to grid5 and grid8.
